Announcing our 8th season of our successful Senior Stars Program!

A free 5 week program for Queens’ senior residents (60 years or over). Learn singing, dancing, and acting techniques while creating a new variety show that will debut in 2 public performances on, Saturday, June 22nd.

AUDITION DATE:

Tuesday, May7th

10:00am – 1:00pm. Sign in.

We will see everyone who comes in to audition and signs in during those hours on a first come, first served basis.

WHAT TO PREPARE:

Sing a song, dance, read a poem-do what you enjoy! Bring sheet music, if you have it. No past performance experience or training required.

LOCATION:

Good Shepherd United Methodist Church, 30-44 Crescent Street at 30th Rd. in Astoria, Queens. Take the N/Q to 30th Ave. Walk down 30th Ave. Turn left on Crescent St, then right on 30th Rd. Entrance is second set of red doors on your left. Street parking only.

PROGRAM SCHEDULE:

Be sure that you can make all of these dates! Rehearsals will be Tuesdays & Thursdays, May 21st through June 20th. Final Performances will be on Saturday, June 22nd.
