"Adventurous theater in Astoria"

-- The New York Times

By Steve Martin

“[APAC] continues to produce top quality productions with outstanding performers.” -Queens Courier

October 27 – November 12, 2006

Picasso at the Lapin Agile features Albert Einstein and Pablo Picasso who meet at a bar in Paris called the Lapin Agile. Each are on the verge of an amazing idea, when they find themselves in a lengthy (and hilarious) debate about the value of genius and talent while interacting with a host of other characters.

This program is supported by Council Member Peter Vallone Jr., with funding from the NYC Department of Cultural Affairs. Support was also provided by the Variety Boys & Girls Club, Metropolitan Lumber, K/A/S Lighting and Sac’s Place.
