APAC Seeks Casting Intern for A HARD WALL AT HIGH SPEED [Unpaid Position]

The Astoria Performing Arts Center (APAC), Astoria’s premier professional theater is seeking a Casting Intern for its upcoming AEA showcase production (approval-pending) of the new play A HARD WALL AT HIGH SPEED, by Ashlin Halfnight.

The intern reports directly to APAC’s casting director, wojcik|seay casting (Scott Wojcik & Gayle Seay), helping to organize and schedule submissions, put out appointment and callback calls, disseminate sides, and otherwise organize the process. The intern is required to be available for all casting dates, tentatively scheduled for 8/22, 8/23, 8/24 (evenings)and 8/27(day).

THERE IS NO PAY FOR THIS POSITION. A terrific opportunity for someone interested in casting to connect with a professional casting office and theater company.
