An organic butcher shop and restaurant new to the neighborhood. Their belief in old traditional methods and the exclusive use of high quality, pasture raised, no hormone or any antibiotic treated meat guarantees quality and taste. Dry-rubbed St. Louis ribs are great; so are burnt ends, mouthwatering Kansas City-style beef brisket tips.
